On June 9, 2023 PSB will host the 1st International Conference on Customer Experience & Marketing (ICCEM) jointly organized by Paris School of Business (France), Cadi Ayyad University (Morroco) and "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati (Romania)

During this 1st edition of ICCEM, researchers will present their papers discussing the new challenges and trends in the Marketing field with a focus on the customer experience. A special session will be dedicated to the metaverse and its potential impacts on marketing research and practice.

This conference offers a great opportunity to meet editors of international high-ranking journals and to target two prestigious journals: “Journal of Innovation Economics & Management” and “Journal of Business Research”.
