STAR Label
Paris School of Business encourages its students to actively engage in building a more sustainable and responsible world. The STAR Label recognizes this commitment, highlighting student engagement throughout their academic journey.
Launched in 2023, this label is open to all students, regardless of their program. It showcases initiatives that support the environment and society, and enables students to stand out for their involvement in projects with a positive impact.

Aligned with CDEFM frameworks, Paris School of Business has ensured that both its Grande École and Bachelor programs include modules specifically focused on developing competencies in sustainability, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
Center of Research for Energy and Climate Change (CRECC)
Founded in 2019, the CRECC is a research center at Paris School of Business that promotes interdisciplinary research and disseminates knowledge in the fields of energy and climate change. It serves as a leading hub for analyzing efficient energy use and exploring cleaner, more sustainable energy sources, raising awareness about their applications and benefits.
Carbon Footprint Assessment
Paris School of Business completed its scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon footprint assessment for the year 2023–2024. The three main sources of emissions identified were:
- Food services
- Student travel
- Visitor and client travel (open days, graduation ceremonies, etc.)
A comprehensive decarbonization plan is being developed to reduce the school’s environmental impact, focusing on raising awareness about food-related emissions and encouraging sustainable mobility.
Beopolis Partnership
Paris School of Business is committed to biodiversity preservation through a partnership with Beopolis.
This initiative supports the sponsorship of two beehives located in Burgundy, near Sancerre, and promotes awareness among stakeholders through conferences, honey tastings, and workshops exploring the world of bees.
P.A.S. – Academic Support Project
Paris School of Business has implemented a procedure to support students with disabilities.
Students can contact the school's Disability Officer, who will guide them through a personalized process, including a needs assessment, an interview to define accommodations, and a liaison form summarizing these needs to ensure their implementation.
To support successful workplace inclusion, Paris School of Business encourages students to take ownership of their inclusion project within the school. Learning how to articulate their needs is key to long-term professional success.
Psychological Support Unit – Preventing Gender-Based and Sexual Violence
To support and protect students and staff from harassment, Paris School of Business is committed to providing a healthy, safe, and inclusive environment.
To achieve this, the school has implemented:
- A prevention campaign, "NonC’estNon", aimed at tackling gender-based and sexual violence: cyberbullying, sexual harassment, moral harassment, off-campus aggression, discrimination against people with disabilities, and transphobia.
- A dedicated unit composed of two harassment officers who receive reports, conduct investigations, and communicate findings to the relevant authorities for disciplinary action if necessary.
- Psychological Support Unit – HuCare
A listening and psychological support program is available to all students, including a 24/7 helpline and on-campus consultations with a psychologist once a week.
