Admission based on previous qualifications

Admission based on previous qualifications (also known as “Parallel Admission”) is one of the modes via which applicants can join a business school in the second, third or fourth year. 

Admission requirements

  • Bachelor program applications based on previous qualifications are made in the second and third years   
  • Grande Ecole-Master in Management applications based on previous qualifications are made in the second, third and fourth years (admission not possible in the fifth year). 

 

Application analysis 

The required documents are as follows:

  • The application form.
  • A photocopy of a valid ID (front and back).
  • Copies of diplomas earned and transcripts from the past three years (including the baccalaureate transcript, if applicable). Documents must be certified true copies and translated into English or French if not in one of these two languages.
  • A current school enrollment certificate for the 2024/2025 academic year, if available.
  • A CV and a cover letter.
  • Results from an official French language test (DELF, DALF, TCF) at a minimum B2 level for applicants whose native language is not French.
  • Results from an official English language test (IELTS, TOEFL). If no official score can be provided, you will receive a link to take an online test.
  • A letter of recommendation from a teacher, school principal, or employer (optional).
  • €80 for the application fee (€40 for French government scholarship holders, upon presentation of the definitive scholarship notification), payable by check to ESGCV-PSB, credit card, cash, online via the application platform at psbedu.paris, or by bank transfer, specifying the student’s full name in the payment reference.

Individual interview 

The aim of this interview is to assess the degree of motivation and open-mindedness of the applicant as well as how appropriate their personality/knowledge is for the teaching delivered. 

A large number of admissions sessions take place each year between January and August to enable applicants to join Paris School of Business via the parallel admissions process.
