This specialization enables students to acquire and develop skills in the areas of auditing and accounting, as well as management control.

Graduates of the Auditing & Management Control program may go on to pursue a career in audit and consulting firms or management control departments.

Aim of the specialization

Over the course of the program, the Bachelor in Auditing & Management Control is designed to provide students with a range of skills, both professional and personal in nature.

Those developed within students include the ability to analyze financial statements, assess financial risks, plan and budget operations, draw up financial reports, and conduct audits.

Students may also obtain additional skills in communications, giving presentations, data analysis, and problem solving, all of which are transferrable into a number of professional fields.

Program description

The year of study for the Bachelor in Auditing & Management Control is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge in the areas of accounting, finance, auditing, and management control, as well as skills in communications, giving presentations, analyzing data, and solving problems.

All through the year, students also have the opportunity to take part in specific projects enabling them to apply in real-life situations the skills developed in class. These projects may entail case studies, audit simulations, and applied research activity in collaboration with locally based companies.

In addition, students may take advantage of dedicated partnerships with companies providing work-study openings. These partnerships can supply students with unique networking opportunities, the chance to hone specific skills, and gain professional experience.

Total class time for the year is 539hrs.

1. Accounting and finance skills

Students of the Auditing & Management Control program learn to manage a company’s finances, keep accounting records, and interpret financial statements.

They also learn how to use financial tools such as financial ratios in order to assess the financial health of a company.

2. Auditing skills

Students learn to conduct financial audits, assess risks, and set up audit reports.

They also acquire skills in the areas of compliance management and corporate governance.

3. Data analysis

Students learn to adopt data analysis tools designed to better understand financial trends and corporate performance.

They also learn to use financial and accounting management software to help them manage a company’s finances.

4. Communications

Students of the Auditing & Management Control specialization learn to communicate effectively with a company’s stakeholders, including investors, shareholders, clients, and employees.

They may also develop presentation and negotiation skills.

5. Problem-solving

Students learn to identify financial problems, weigh up the various options, and recommend solutions.

They may also learn to forward-plan for potential problems and and suggest proactive solutions.

Admissions procedure for the Bachelor in Audit & Management Control

The admissions procedure for acceptance onto the third year of the Bachelor’s program comprises analysis of an application dossier, an English test and a one-to-one interview.

 Photocopies of diplomas obtained and reports from Baccalaureate (end-of-secondary) level onwards (officially certified and translated into French for non-French documents)


 Covering letter

 French test results obtained (TCF, DELF/DALF) if French is not the native language

 Supporting statement from a teacher, head of institution, or an employer (not mandatory but strongly recommended

 €100, covering admin fees (€50 for French state scholarships upon presentation of a definitive scholarship allocation for the year in progress).

2. English test

 English test results obtained (IELTS/TOEFL TOEIC) in last two years for applicants to have already taken a test.

 If you are not in a position to provide this official grade, you will receive a link to an online test.

 The aim of this interview is to assess your degree of motivation and open-mindedness, as well as to evaluate the complementarity of your personality, your knowledge and the teaching delivered at Paris School of Business.

The Master Program

Following the Bachelor’s program, the Master’s period of study lasts two years and can be accessed via the parallel admissions procedure. It is available with 15 specializations, 13 of which are carried out in work-study mode over two years.


Tuition fees


The cost of the training program is €9 500 per year during which no tuition fees are charged to the student, since they are signed on a work-study contract.

In addition, they are employees of a company and as such receive a salary.
