The Master in Management, five years to build more than just an academic journey
The Master in Management at Paris School of Business is a five-year programme open to students after completing secondary education. It leads to a five-year higher education degree (Bac+5) conferring the French Grade de Master.

What official recognition does the Master of Management have?
The Master's degree awarded through the Grande École Programme (PGE) is a two-year program accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research and confers the national Master's degree (Master's level, Bac+5 – EQF Level 7*). The program also benefits from the School's triple international accreditation: EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA.

A programme tailored to your profile
From the first year, students choose between the French Track and the English Track, allowing them to study in French or in an English-speaking academic environment.
These first two years enable students to build strong foundations in management, explore different fields and gradually refine their academic and career goals.
A multidisciplinary learning experience
Through Interdisciplinary Courses, students explore new fields each semester, including theatre, art and philosophy, helping them broaden their perspectives, develop intellectual agility and approach contemporary challenges from different angles.
These disciplines, which complement management studies, account for 20% of the curriculum.
Artificial intelligence for business
Integrated throughout the five years of the Master in Management, A.I. for Business prepares students for the technological transformations shaping the professional world.
With a total of 190 hours of coursework, students learn how to apply artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to real-world management and business challenges.

3rd year

Make international experience a key part of your journey
In the third year, students can spend 6 to 12 months abroad at one of Paris School of Business’s 160 partner universities, located across more than 50 countries.
More than just an academic experience, this immersion gives students the opportunity to discover a new culture, develop their adaptability and broaden their perspective on the world and business, while adding a truly international dimension to their academic journey.
This experience can also lead to an international Bachelor-level double degree. Students who choose to continue their studies abroad in the fourth year may, depending on their chosen pathway, have the opportunity to earn a triple degree.

The Master’s cycle marks a new stage in the Master in Management, focused on specialisation and professional development. Students progressively choose their area of expertise and build a pathway aligned with their career goals.
With a wide range of specialisations, many of which are available through work-study programmes, students can deepen their expertise, gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and prepare for their future careers.
At the end of the five-year programme, students are awarded a five-year higher education degree (Bac+5) conferring the French Grade de Master.

What can you do after the Master in Management?
From academic studies to professional life
Throughout the five-year Master in Management, students progressively prepare for their future careers. Internships, projects, international experiences and work-study opportunities enable them to apply their knowledge in a professional environment, develop their skills and gradually refine their career goals.
During the Master’s cycle, students choose a specialisation that allows them to deepen their expertise and prepare for careers and industries aligned with their ambitions.
Upon completing the Master in Management, graduates have a career-ready profile, hands-on professional experience and a degree conferring the French Grade de Master, enabling them to begin their careers in France or internationally.
Paris School of Business does not offer a further study pathway following completion of this degree.
How to apply to the Master in Management
Admission to Year 1 of the Master in Management
Admission to the first year after completing secondary education is through the Parcoursup platform and the SESAME entrance exam.
The selection process includes written tests held in April, as well as an assessment of the student’s Parcoursup application. Candidates who pass this first stage are invited to attend a motivation interview at Paris School of Business.
First-year Master in Management students start the programme in September.
