Program details

The professional certification (RNCP qualification) prepared by the Master of Science in Data Management at Paris School of Business is composed of competency blocks. To validate their diploma and obtain the associated RNCP qualification, students must validate each of the competency blocks required by the framework.

If a student does not validate all of the blocks required to obtain the professional certification, but does validate all of the competencies related to a specific block, each of those blocks of competencies will be permanently acquired.

The competency blocks to be validated are:

  • Lead a problematization and ideation process based on an analysis of client needs
  • Design a transformation and/or innovation project
  • Design and implement an internal/external communication strategy
  • Lead an innovation and/or transformation project through to final delivery
  • Manage a project team, a technical department and/or a cross-functional team
  • Define and implement a UX approach that meets user objectives within a digital project

During their studies at Paris School of Business, students receive varied instruction designed to develop their creativity as well as their adaptability.

The teaching methods include:

  • Didactic lectures
  • Case studies based on real company challenges
  • Research assignments
  • Use of software and data banks
  • Masterclasses
  • Presentations
  • Group work

Examinations are organized to validate the knowledge and skills required to obtain the MSc Data Management degree.

Competencies are validated through the completion of a consulting project or a professional project and professional simulations based on company case studies. Students are assessed both in written and oral form.

Professional experience may lead to a Validation of Prior Learning (VAE) upon request, submitted by email to: vae@ggeedu.fr
