Paris School of Business announces the appointment of Alice Dufour as Director of Graduate Programs – Programme Grande École (PGE) and Master of Science (MSc). This appointment forms part of the School’s development strategy and the implementation of its strategic plan looking ahead to 2030.
By entrusting the leadership of its Graduate programs to Alice Dufour, Paris School of Business has chosen an experienced higher education professional, recognized for her ability to lead and structure program portfolios in demanding and highly competitive academic environments.
This appointment reflects the School’s ambition to strengthen the quality and coherence of its Graduate programs, while continuing its development in an international context marked by strong competition between institutions.

A recognized career in program and institutional leadership
Alice Dufour brings to Paris School of Business extensive experience in leading academic institutions and programs. Since 2023, she has served as Director of Bachelor Programs at ICN Business School, following leadership roles at the University of Technology of Troyes. She has also overseen the development of programs at Y SCHOOLS (formerly Groupe ESC Troyes) and served as Director of SCBS.
Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself through her ability to structure and evolve academic offerings, launch and position new programs, and support academic teams in a continuous improvement approach. She has also contributed to strengthening relationships between higher education institutions and businesses in order to better align academic programs with labor market needs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (IAE France) and a Master’s degree in Geopolitics/Geostrategy (Université Paris 13), providing her with an in-depth understanding of the economic, international, and institutional dynamics shaping higher education today.
Strengthening the positioning of Graduate programs
As Head of Graduate Programs, Alice Dufour will be responsible for strengthening the academic positioning of the Programme Grande École and the MSc programs, ensuring the quality and coherence of the academic pathways offered, and supporting their development with a focus on excellence, in order to respond to the rapid evolution of professions and required skills.
