Recent Highlights
International Cancer Center of Dakar
June 12, 2026
On June 12, 2026, the Living Health Chair, which is dedicated to advancing knowledge on patient experience, was invited to present its activities at the International Cancer Center of Dakar. The Chair was represented by its Director, Dr. Judith Partouche-Sebban, Professor of Marketing at PSB, and by Dr. Demba Diouf, Associate Professor of Marketing at Paris School of Business and member of the Chair.
It provided an overview of the Chair’s mission, key challenges related to patient experience, and research projects conducted to date, with particular attention to their managerial contributions and implications for healthcare organizations.
Ongoing studies and future research directions were also discussed, reflecting the Chair’s ambition to strengthen its contribution to patient-centered care and healthcare management.
The visit further strengthened the collaboration between the Living Health Chair and the International Cancer Center of Dakar, which is currently involved in one of the Chair’s research projects. It also opened new opportunities for joint initiatives aimed at improving patient-centered care and healthcare management practices.
