Paris School of Business International MBA students recently travelled to the prestigious Chateau of Thenissey near Djion to undergo an intensive Commando Training Seminar.
Paris School of Business privilege action learning and so this seminar was the perfect opportunity to put the International MBA students’ skills to the test.
The students were separated into four different groups, representing four different companies. Each company created and implemented their business strategy. They were then challenged to make a series of business decisions that would impact the profitability of their company.
The students were not making decisions in the comfort of a classroom but under stress and fatigue as well as having to deal with unforeseen circumstances and adapt their strategy in real-time.
The Commando Training was a huge success which has certainly helped prepare the MBA students for their future careers in management.
