How can you guarantee the success of a transatlantic board-meeting?
Joint-venture board-meetings can be a nightmare to effectively carry out; organisations are likely to recoil at the mere thought of them!
There are several different factors which complicate the smooth delivery and organisation of meetings which encompass both sides of the Atlantic:
Cultural differences, power struggles and varying organizational structures, both economically and ideologically, all add to the feeling of conflicting agendas. Furthermore, the disruption caused by jurisdictional conflicts and complications may leave a sour taste in both companies' mouths!
These obstacles go a long way to explaining why 75% of mergers and acquisition fail. The team here at Paris School of Business draws upon 25 years of experience in giving you the key to SUCCESS.
Now is the time when the future of companies, and everything they embody, will be determined.  The business world has never been more closely connected and organizations cannot afford to shy away from building, developing and maintaining crucial international relationships.
