Learning leadership through cooking!
PSB - Paris School of Business students put their skills to the test last week through a team building cooking experience at L’atelier des Chefs in Paris!
BBA and MSc students were divided into teams and took to the kitchen to prepare several sweet and savory dishes.
Action learning was at the core of this cooking seminar; time management, organization, and decision making skills were essential to the success of the challenge.
Students were not making decisions from the comfort of the classroom, but in a demanding and professional kitchen, constantly aware of the pressure of the ticking clock!
All students successfully completed the cooking challenge and their hard work paid off at the end as they shared and sampled the delicious dishes they had created!
Thanks to this hands-on seminar, the students were able to put their management skills into action and understand the value of team work and collaboration.
