My name is Mariana and I come from Mexico. I have come to France to study in the MSc in Luxury & Fashion Management program.
We have been on a study trip to Cognac and it was incredible – a very unique experience. Before, I just knew Cognac by name, but thanks to this study trip I am now so inspired by this spirit. There’s so much craftsmanship, tradition and heritage behind this expensive product. We learnt about the Cognac making process through visits to both small and major Cognac houses.
It’s been a truly amazing experience; we were invited to dine with major players in the industry in luxury castles – we have been treated as true VIPs here in Cognac!
