Cumulating over 15+ years of expertise in hospitality, cruise, and tourism industry Isabelle is 100% driven by hands-on day to day operations. As a highly collaborative manager she leads from the front. 

Trained in Quebec City, Montreal and Paris in Hotel Management, Business management of a Tourist destination and Economic development of international tourism, she has a global vision of this wonderful industry that is travel & tourism. With over 10 years of concrete experience in this field she is a dynamic French, English and Spanish speaking mentor who will be more than happy to share her passion.

She recently founded Isabelle Côté – Guest Logistics.ca and wishes to offer a unique freelance formula of operational support & on-site training to ports, cruise terminals, ground handlers and destinations.

Director of Revenue Management at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts in Thailand.
Always dedicated to hotel distribution and revenue management, he obtained his Master degree at La Rochelle University and was also awarded certification from Cornell University.
He has worked for Accor in USA, Shangri La Hotels and Emaar Hospitality in Dubai, and Sun Resorts Hotels in Mauritus. Romain is skilled at bringing people together and is always informed about trends in hotel distribution.
